The Stable Mat Bonded & Sealed Floor Kit, is a kit to install into a standard 12x12ft stable.
Quattro developed the Bonded & Sealed matting system over 20 years ago to alleviate the problem of urine, bedding and dirt getting under loose fitted mats which can make stables unhygienic and cause strong odours plus lifting mats in and out of stables to clean underneath is extremely difficult. The Bonded & Sealed Matting can be fitted in to Stables, Wash Boxes, Treadmills, Turn Out Pens & Walkways.
This standard 12ft x 12ft Stable Mat Bonded & Sealed Floor Kit contains:
- 6 x 18mm 4Mpa 6ft x 4ft Supermats
- 1 x 15kg Superflex Membrane (Or equivalent in weight)
- 12 x 310ml Cartridges or 6 x 600ml Sausages Q/Flex Sealant
- 1.2m Doorway Strip & Fixings
- Full Instruction’s
Equipment required to install:
- 3mm Notched Trowel
- Stanley Knife
- Mastic Gun or Barrel Gun
- Drill with 6mm Drill Bit

Delivery:
Delivery of this stable mat kit will be by The Pallet Network Hauliers so offloading will be required. If no offloading is available a tail lift can be organised but there must be good access and a flat concrete or tarmac area for the pallet(s) to be offloaded on to.
